Fred Saada has over twenty-five years of pastoral ministry experience and has been a Chaplain with Law Enforcement, Fire and Ems agencies for approximately twelve years. Chaplain Saada is trained in Critical Incident Stress Management and is the Team Leader for the Southern Oregon Critical Incident Response Team and a member, as Chaplain, of the Oregon State Police Critical Incident Response Team. Currently, Chaplain Saada is, the International Conference of Police Chaplains, Area Representative for the State of Oregon. Chaplain Saada holds a Master Chaplain level credential with the International Conference of Police Chaplains.
Jim Fields has over thirty years of training experience in the corporate environment and as a pastor. Chaplain Fields is certified by the International Conference of Police Chaplains to teach Basic Chaplaincy and by the Department of Public Safety and Standards to teach Stress First Aid to first responders. Chaplain Fields currently trains all the Chaplains at Rogue Valley Chaplain’s Association and Douglas Coos Chaplains. Chaplain Fields holds a Master Chaplain level credential with the International Conference of Police Chaplains.
